This Privacy Policy sets out how Pindrop Travel (sometimes referred to as “We”) uses and protects any information that You provide to “Pindrop Travel” when You (“You” refers to the user, downloader, etc. of Pindrop Travel’s Application (the “App”)) use the App. Pindrop Travel is committed to ensuring that Your privacy is protected. Should we ask You to provide certain information by which You can be identified when using this App, You can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Pindrop Travel may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that You are satisfied with any changes. This policy is effective as of January 2021.
Pindrop Travel is a platform that allows travelers to view, search, share and book travel packages offered by licensed travel agents. Pindrop Travel does not sell travel services of any kind. The Pindrop Travel platform is an intermediary between travelers and travel agents. The platform facilitates booking, payment, communication, and display of trips.
Pindrop Travel knows that You care how information about You is used and shared, and we Appreciate Your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our Privacy Policy. By visiting, downloading, and/or using Pindrop Travel, You are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Purpose
The information we learn from You and our other users allows us to customize and continuously improve our customer’s overall experience at Pindrop Travel. Here are the types of information we gather.
Types
User Supplied Information.
We receive and store information that You enter on our App or give us in any other way. Information that we collect includes: account details; name and address; e-mail address and any accompanying information that You submit to us; supplied Stripe payment processing system information (as necessary). This list is not exclusive, and we may change it without notice based on information that You supply voluntarily.
Your Right to Refrain from Giving Information.
You have right to refrain from giving us certain information, yet, then You might not be able to take advantage of all of our features, including booking travel packages or allowing travelers to book your travel packages if you are a licensed travel agent using the App. We use the information that You provide in order to enhance the service. One way we use the information supplied by You is in response to Your requests. However, You may not mask Your identity by providing false or misleading information. For example, You may not use IP masking to mask Your Internet access location, including without limitation, proxy servers, masking software or similar software or programs.
Collection.
Pindrop Travel collects Your personal information when You register with the App, when You use Pindrop Travel products and services, when You visit Pindrop Travel pages, and when You enter promotions or sweepstakes. Pindrop Travel may combine information about You that we have with information we obtain from business partners, affiliates, or other companies.
Information Sought.
When You register on our App, we ask for information such as Your full legal name, e-mail address, birth date, gender, zip code, telephone number, and personal interests. For some financial products and services, and as necessary, we may also ask for financial information. Once You register with Pindrop Travel and sign in to our services, You are not anonymous to us, our business partners, or affiliates.
IP Address and Cookies.
Pindrop Travel automatically receives and records information on our server logs from Your browser, including but not limited to Your IP address, Pindrop Travel cookie information, and the page You request.
Supplemental Software.
A number of companies offer software and programs designed to help You visit Apps anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide You with a personalized experience at Pindrop Travel if we cannot recognize You, we want You to be aware that these tools exist.
E-mail Communications.
We communicate via e-mail; highlighting upcoming trips, travel agents bios, travel tips and previous trip testimonies from travelers. All users will have option to opt-in during the App sign-up process.. In order to assist us in making e-mails more useful and of interest to You, we sometimes receive a confirmation when You open e-mail from Pindrop Travel if Your computer supports such capabilities. We often receive email lists from other companies who offer similar services to ours. In an effort to avoid sending duplicate emails to You and other customers, we compare our customer list to these lists received from other companies. If You do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust Your e-mail contact preferences.
Information from Other Sources.
From time to time, we receive information about You from other sources and add it to our account information.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred, by us, from to Your computer's hard drive through Your web browser to allow our systems to recognize Your browser and to provide enhanced features such as customized greetings, suggestions and storage of personal information between Your visits to our site.

You have the ability to accept cookies, reject cookies, or to prompt the user before accepting them as all web browsers allow You to choose Your preference. This Policy Not Applicable to Other Companies’ Use of Their Cookies.
Pindrop Travel permits other companies that advertise on our pages to set and access their cookies on Your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this ours. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Pindrop Travel's cookies.
Web Beacons.
Pindrop Travel uses web beacons to access Pindrop Travel cookies inside and outside our network of Apps and in connection with Pindrop Travel products and services.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
General.
The information that we collect from our customers is crucial to the operation and success of our business. We respect and value this information, and do not want to jeopardize the flow of information between our users and our site. Thus, we do not sell this information to other Apps or businesses. There are very limited circumstances where we do share some customer information, and this is outlined immediately below. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries that we control that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.
Agents.
Due to complex nature of our business, it is necessary to employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Agents are often used to assist with routine tasks such as verifications, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments through the Stripe payment processing system, and providing customer service. These agents have access to only the personal information needed to perform their functions, and may not use it for any other purpose.
Promotional Offers.
Sometimes we will send an offer to selected groups of Pindrop Travel users on behalf of other businesses. When this occurs, we do not give that business direct access to Your name and address. If You do not want to receive such offers, please log into Your account and set Your contact preferences so that You do not receive these promotional offers. However, in order for You to fully experience the site and the savings offered, we recommend that You choose to receive these promotional offers.
Business Transfers.
In an effort to improve what we offer on our site, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such instances, customer information customarily is one of the transferred business assets, however, it remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, each customer provides consent).
Protection of Pindrop Travel and Others.
Sometimes it is necessary and we are obligated to release account and other personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce or Apply our User Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pindrop Travel, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Under no circumstances, however, does this include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing our customer’s personally identifiable information for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments contained in this Privacy Policy.
With Your Consent.
Other than specified herein, we will notify You when information about You might go to third parties, and You will have an opportunity to choose not to share Your information.
INFORMATION SECURITY
Software Used.
To protect the security of Your information during transmission on our site and App, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information You input into our App.
Signing off.
To prevent unauthorized access to Your sensitive information, You must to monitor those who have access to Your password and to Your computer. Be sure to sign off when You are done using a shared computer.
USER ACCESS TO INFORMATION
General.
When You access Your account, there is a lot of information that will be available to You. We created this information to allow You to update any information that may have changed since Your last visit, to allow You to view the information that You entered previously. This information is sensitive, and You must both protect it and keep it current in order that You have the best experience with our site.
USER CHOICES WITH REGARD TO ACCESS OF INFORMATION

Remember, the always retain You right to NOT provide any information, however, this will likely affect Your ability to fully use the App and will inhibit Your ability to make purchases or to take advantage of our App's special features.
Prior Information.
You can add and update certain information on pages such as those listed in the “User Access to Information” section above. When You update information, we may retain Your prior version for our records.
Customer communication.
If You do not wish to receive e-mail or other communication from us, please change Your account setting regarding email preferences. (You cannot waive the Applicability of the User Agreement and other legal notices, such as this Privacy Policy, and if You elect not to receive these notices, they will continue to govern Your use of Pindrop Travel, and it is Your responsibility to review them for changes.)
CHILDREN
General.
Our App is not designed and nor do we offer services to children. If You are under 18, You may not use Pindrop Travel.
CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS
Acceptance of User Agreement.
By visiting Pindrop Travel, You accept and agree that Your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement (which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by this reference), including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and Application of the law of the state of Maryland. If You have any concern about Your privacy concerning Your use of Pindrop Travel, please send us a thorough description to support@pindroptravel.com and we will try to resolve it.
Modifications.
Our business is constantly in flux and improving, and thus, we reserve the right to revise our Privacy Policy and the User Agreement from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy Applies to all information that we possess about You and Your account. We stand behind the promises we make, and we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Information is collected from You when You use any of the services offered on Pindrop Travel.
Information that could be supplied.
As previously explained, it is possible that You will supply us with Your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, and Stripe payment processing system information.

As discussed earlier, our systems collect information that is sent over the Internet without any action on Your behalf (other than visiting Pindrop Travel).

Some examples of the information we obtain and analyze include: the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect Your computer to the Internet; login information; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; purchase history, which we is often aggregated with similar information from other customers to create features such as bestsellers and product suggestions; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our App, including date and time; cookie number; pages You viewed or searched for; and Your history on our site and App.
Software Used.
During Your visits to our site and App, we may use software tools such as JavaScript to analyze and obtain session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to leave the page.
